Not long ago, I was cruising down Genesee Street in Utica, when I noticed this car. It was a typical nondescript Japanese sedan weaving in and out of its driving lane. If it were a Friday night, I would have surmised that someone was testing the limits of the blood-alcohol rules. But, since it was around 7:05 on a Tuesday morning, that was not probable.
